If you are a current client of Nexus Computer Consulting and are in need of technical support, please contact your
account representative. They are the best equipped with your specific needs and situation and will be able to assist
you in the most efficient manner possible.
If you do not know your representative's contact information send an e-mail and
a representative will contact you regarding your difficulties.
Customers
Customers are those who have purchased a product from Nexus Computer Consulting which is not fully customized. Such products
include: eInventory Manager eMembership Manager eHotel Manager
For anyone who currently owns any or all of the following products to be eligable for technical support
you must also have registered your product with Nexus Computer Consulting, according to the EULA (End User License Agreement).
For information regarding registering your product, please consult the documentation that accompanies your individual software.
If you are a registered user of a Nexus Computer Consulting product send an e-mail to technical support and
be sure to include your registration number which you received after registering your product.
Others
Nexus Computer Consulting does not freely provide technical support for products and/or services other than those
specifically given or purchased by Nexus Computer Consulting.
If you need technical support for any other products consult the individual technical support
agreement that accompanies your software.
We will however provide consulting services to help you better understand the software and hardware that
you are having difficulty with. This will of course be on a per-hour basis and you will be charged as
such.
